President/CEOOver 23 years of experience in the construction industry
Ignacio Garcia's passion for construction began at a young age. As an entrepreneur, he started his career as a carpenter, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Leveraging his architectural background and skills as a contractor, Ignacio founded KGI Construction.
For over two decades, Ignacio has successfully guided numerous multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. With an eye for design and market trends, he works closely with clients from the pre-development phase to bring their visions to life. Ignacio understands the importance of accurate proformas and works with his team to produce reliable construction cost estimates that adapt to changing market conditions in real-time.
In addition to his expertise in project management, Ignacio has a strong background in real estate development. He assists clients throughout the entitlement and pre-development process, from acquiring land to obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

Vice PresidentKiran has over 10 years of experience managing business finances and accounts. Her attention to detail and analytical skills have allowed her to successfully oversee accounting projects at a high level for various companies. As the mother of four children, Kiran's focus on family values and culture is felt throughout her work. She strives to bring a collaborative and supportive environment to each team she works with.

Kevin C. Wahlgren
Senior Project ManagerAs the senior member of our talented construction management team, Kevin offers a career of excellence and experience in performing and managing the complex preconstruction process, municipal entitlements, organizational administration, and construction management activities. During his career Kevin has managed over $300,000,000 in diverse commercial and industrial projects and real estate developments.
Many of our clients find the preconstruction process most challenging, from the iterative design and construction budgeting efforts, the related financial analysis, the state and municipal entitlement process, and working with the various project stakeholders – from legal to financing to tenants. Kevin brings unparalleled expertise in leading our clients through this process, always understanding the client’s unique requirements that are incumbent in every real estate development project.
CommitUpon the successful completion of the preconstruction and entitlement process, Kevin leads our professional experienced team of construction supervisors and project managers in the complicated and challenging process of interfacing with the project stakeholders and the construction team of suppliers, subcontractors, and AHJs (authorities having jurisdiction) to ensure a successful project completion.

Holding a civil engineering degree, Jose has the technical expertise to interpret geotech soil reports and develop comprehensive plans to address any issues. Gregory Gorak
Project ManagerGreg has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. He began his career working on small residential homes and additions, learning the importance of craftsmanship, quality workmanship, and attention to detail from the ground up.
Greg later transitioned to taking on larger commercial projects, managing multi-million dollar construction of office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. Through these experiences, Greg honed his leadership and project management skills, developing a proven track record for delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
